Pappy began his tattooing journey in one of the most competitive markets in the country – Dallas, Texas. After developing a strong connection to the giants of tattooing’s past (Bert Grimm, Sailor Jerry Collins, Mike Malone, etc), his work began to reflect the love he has for the old school.

After a few years of tattooing in Dallas, Pappy moved to San Diego, California to work at the second-oldest shop in America. With the majority of this clientele being Navy and Marines, Pappy was able to utilize his traditional skills on a nearly daily basis.

Now that Pappy has returned to New Jersey, he’s ready to apply his historical knowledge and skills to your tattoos. Contact him on Instagram, or drop into the shop to plan your next tattoo!
